今回は,前作よりさらに高赤方偏移にあるLAEsのSED fit論文.

目玉は以下の点:
■ 世界で初めて,z=5.7&6.6という高赤方偏移にあるLAEsの平均SEDsを求めたこと,
■ 最近話題のnebular emissionを適切に考慮し,stellar pops.を求めたこと,
■ それを応用して,LAEsから抜け出すionizing photonsの割合に制限をつけたこと.


この論文,昨年12月にハワイにて大内さん,嶋作さんとおおまかな構想を練り,年末年始にコードを作り,1月・2月に解析を行なって,3月に論文化,という流れで投稿に至りました.データ提供はもちろん,数え切れないほどのメールやskypeミーティングを通していただいた,共著の方々からの的確なコメントや提案,励ましがあったからこその成果.年度末やプロポーザル締め切り前などの忙しい時期でも,こころよく丁寧に対応してくださった共著のみなさまに感謝です.

今作は,前作以上に書くのが楽しくて仕方ない論文でした.そこにさらに共著の方々,特に嶋作さん・大内さんによる絶妙な修正案を受けてどんどん改善されていき,最終的に会心の作に仕上がったと思っています.

誰かの知的好奇心に心地よい刺激を与えられたらいいなぁ,と思う次第です.
